My son moved back in along with some celery and carrots that he found frozen in the back of his fridge. Needless to say, I wanted to use them up before they went unusable. Recipe turned out great. My only change was using carrots also since I wanted to utilize them upward. I too used some hot oil since my family likes a bit of hotness. The recipe is a keeper. Thanks.
