Ingredients

  • one cup ground beef
  • ii cups diced celery
  • four cloves of garlic, sliced
  • four dried chili peppers, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • i tablespoon cooking wine
  • ¼ teaspoon common salt
  • one tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ tablespoon oyster sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat ane tablespoon of oil in a skillet pan over medium heat, stir fry the basis beef for well-nigh 2 minutes until information technology starts to change color, add the cooking wine, melt for another 1 minute and gear up aside.
  2. Turn the heat upwardly to medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, stir in the garlic slices and stale chili peppers, saute for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Fabulous. I was on my way habitation this evening and I knew I had celery and basis beef and an onion and I also had some fresh garlic at home. I did not desire to stop at the grocery shop considering it was cold windy and raining. I turned to the Internet for an easy recipe and came across your recipe. Perfect in every way! I was a day away from some other grocery commitment, then I took stock of what I had on paw, and then searched the internet for a recipe that included ground beef and celery. Subsequently I read this recipe, I realized I had all the ingredients on hand, so I gave it a try. My married woman and I loved it and then much that we're making it i of our "keeper" recipes. My son moved back in along with some celery and carrots that he found frozen in the back of his fridge. Needless to say, I wanted to use them up before they went unusable. Recipe turned out great. My only change was using carrots also since I wanted to utilize them upward. I too used some hot oil since my family likes a bit of hotness. The recipe is a keeper. Thanks.
